OS X v Windows
After watching a dire episode of Dr. Who, I sat down to use my Mac to check some informations... And it felt so futuristic and fluid, especially in comparison to my Windows box. Almost Minority Report like.
[Ironically, I'm using my Windows box to write this, sadly my digital idealism is conquered by real-world real estate.]

A weird espresso maker
It is weird. It looks like a 1930s stainless steal sieve gone wrong.
