A morning coffee for some, an evening coffee for others: one shot of espresso in a taller glass topped with hot milk and a lick of foam.
Literally, a marked latte: a taller glass is filled with the usual foamed milk and a shot of espresso is then poured through the foam. Very pleasant if served with chilled milk and hot foam/hot espresso.
