Fruit zesting...

While this may sound like nit-picking, the easiest way to get the zest from a fruit is as follows: draw some greaseproof paper tight over your grater, then carefully run your thumb up and down it a couple of times to break the paper. Now replace thumb with fruit, and when you're done, peel the paper off the grater and there you have the majority of your zest. So much easier than scraping with a spoon.
