Who am I, Why am I doing this and Where is this taking place?

I'm turning 22, and have just graduated from the University of Kent, and I am anticipating some boredom and spare time over the next couple of weeks.

My web site seems to grow from boredom, the first phase and look began as revision for my Interactive Web Publishing module, and grew from there. This, second look and phase, has grown to fill the time and to use my new PowerBook (I may shut up about it one day). From here two distinct versions will unfold, maintaining the concept of Infinite Accessibility: the Alpha Version will be aimed at desktops and laptops with a respectable speed of connection (but bearing in mind that some unfortunates still use some kind of antiquated 56k dialup), and still coded in XHTML. The Beta Version (for want of a better name) will contain limited content, but be written in WML. It's contents will reflect that it is aimed at mobile devices, and it will be a definite mobile reference source on food and drink, with the possibility of making the travel sections come along in the same way.

Finally, where is this taking place? At the moment, several thousand feet above the mid-Atlantic, and from there around the various cities of Canada and the Eastern United States, hopefully to be uploaded from various WiFi spots.
